As a long-established family jewellers, people were quite set in their ways. I wanted to look at ways to grow this heritage business and bring it into the modern day without losing it’s charm. Jo heard me talking about why I love our shop and what jewellery really means, and had one of her moments of clarity! She identified a new central brand idea “More than a Moment”, which has inspired so many changes since. We’ve turned the business around from a small loss, to regular monthly profits. And I am a far more confident leader than I was.
